A thorough initial evaluation of each individual's problems permits the development of treatment plans and services tailored directly to specific needs. These may include more specialized psychological testing as part of the assessment, medication, and various forms of psychotherapy. While each individual patient or family has a primary therapist, Elmbrook Family Counseling Center LLP uses a team approach that enables us, when indicated, to encourage the input and to draw upon the professional expertise of a full spectrum of mental health services, including psychiatry, psychology, nursing, social work, nutrition and others.
