“The therapy process can be healing and life changing if you allow it to be. I strive to create a supportive environment, uniquely tailored to each individual client. I help remind clients about the strengths they may have forgotten about during their difficult times, and use these strengths to assist with the change process. We work as a team, focusing on improving the problem at hand, while also building skills and resources to maintain success in the long run. Let me help show you that therapy can work for you.”
